Ms. Zabel has experience in the federal regulatory context of environmental, land use, and administrative law, has juvenile court experience, and works closely with government agencies to reach resolutions. Ms. Zabel is a Grievance Review Officer for administrative hearings under the California Child Abuse Central Index Act and is responsible for considering evidence and writing recommended decisions for various County Department of Health and Human Services, including relevant legal research and analysis. Ms. Zabel is also a knowledgeable and strategic administrative law attorney and hearing officer.
